Our system will guide you through setting up your organization when you start your free trial. If you're already in, you can skip this step.

Every office is unique! Enter details for your office locations like floors, zones, workplaces, office capacity and capacity limits. Your office locations must be set up in order to create employee schedules. 

This helps avoid your employee's Worksphere invites from ending up lost in a SPAM folder. It is important that you do this prior to inviting employees to the tool (Step 6)

Adding a wellness survey sets up automatic health screening for your employees prior to arriving to the office. Survey copy is customizable, so you can create an experience that is right for your workplace.

Step 5: Add other admins (optional)
You don't have to do this alone! Give others admin access. Admins can update office locations, add employees, set up surveys, view reports, and update billing information.

Step 6:
Add employees
Add your team members to Worksphere so they (and you) can start scheduling in-office time.  

Step 7: Create Schedules 
Last step! Once your office details are set and employees are added you and your team members can start scheduling in-office time.
