Learn how billing works for your Worksphere account. 

Overview

Worksphere has different pricing plans described on our pricing page. Each plan includes a certain number of active users as part of your subscription. You will be billed for additional users only if your organization’s active user count exceeds the number of included users in your plan.  

For instance, if you sign up for the Growth plan on an annual subscription you will have 100 active users included. Suppose that in January, you had 110 active users, you will receive an invoice for $50 i.e. [110 - 100] X $5. Further suppose that in February, you had 95 active users which is under the 100 active users that are included, you will not receive an additional invoice for February’s usage. 

Billing Time and Renewals

For Annual Plans you will be billed for twelve months upfront. Your subscription will automatically renew after twelve months.
 
For Monthly Plans you will be billed one month at a time. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each month.  
 
If you exceed your included active users in a month, you will be billed in the following month for those additional active users. This applies to both annual and monthly plans.  

Cancellation Policy

You can contact us to cancel at any time. Your cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current subscription. We do not refund or prorate unused time on subscriptions.

Billing Example

Acme Inc is on the Premium plan, billed annually. They have 250 users included. They start Worksphere service on March 10th, 2022. On March 10th, they will be billed $11,988 for the twelve months of service. On March 10th, 2023, they will be billed for twelve more months of service. 
 
As Acme grows, they continue to have under 250 active users. However, on January 15, 2023, they have 263 active users in Worksphere which exceeded their 250 included users. They will see an additional user invoice on February 10th, 2023. The January 10 - February 9, 2023 bill comes to 13 users X $4 per additional active user = $52

FAQ

What counts as an active user? 
Only users that have a schedule in a given month count as active users in that month. The total employees added to Worksphere does not matter. Feel free to add all the employees you need to manage your organization without worrying about being charged; you are always only charged on actual usage. 

How do I change, upgrade, downgrade my subscription? 
You can contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist you. Note that we don’t refund or prorate for any plan downgrades.

How am I billed if my service starts mid-month?
on a monthly plan on September 15th, you will be billed immediately for that month. Your next invoice will be on October 15th. 

If you are on an annual plan, you will be billed for the twelve months on the day your service starts. Your next invoice will be on the same date in the following year.
 
Where do I access my billing information?
You can access your billing information by navigating to Settings > Billing. You will be able to update your payment method, see billing history, download receipts and invoices or request a plan change. 

Do you offer a la carte product pricing? 
We offer three pricing plans. Depending on your needs you may choose one of the plans. If you have custom/enterprise needs contact our support team and we’d be happy to discuss a custom plan. 

What payment methods do you accept? Do you offer invoiced billing? 
We currently accept any credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover Network, American Express). If you’re on an Enterprise or Premium plan subscription we offer invoicing. If you’re paying via invoice, we accept payment by ACH.
