Admins can generate a Contact Tracing report to view which employees may have come into contact during a particular time period.

Directions
  1. Navigate to Reports Page then to Contact Tracing by Employee. Click 'View'
  2. Input the name of the individual that you would like to Contact Trace.
  3. Input the start and end date of the exposure period. For COVID-19 contact tracing the recommended period is 14 days prior to the onset of symptoms.

Results
  1. Employee Summary: The employee summary will show the employee information including first and last name, manager name, office locations, dates in office, and seating area assigned (in parenthesis)
  2. Contact Trace Report:
    • The report provides the name and email of all employees that were in the same office location. It will also show if the employees were assigned in the same floor or the same zone as the individual being contact traced.
    • You can download a CSV of the report by clicking "Download CSV" at the top right.

Next Steps

IMPORTANT: You should always follow the most recent guidance of your local or national health authority when dealing with a possible or known infectious disease exposure.

Next steps may include but should not be limited to:

  • Reaching out to employees that came in contact to implement additional precautionary measures like self-isolating or testing for COVID-19.
  • Cancelling upcoming in-office schedules for affected employees for a designated period of quarantine.
  • Submitting a report to your local health authority if known exposures or an outbreak has occurred.
