Contact your IT administrator to list Worksphere as approved email sender for your organization to ensure proper email deliverability.

It is important that you do this step prior to inviting employees to Worksphere.

This avoids the possibility of Worksphere employee invites or notifications mistakenly being marked as spam, ensuring they get to your employees inbox.
Add the following emails to your approved senders list to bypass spam filters:

Please include both the .co and .com email addresses.

  • failed-payment@worksphere.com
